Set the earliest time calls may be placed, and the latest time calls may be placed. Use job expiration settings to avoid weekend calls (or any other days you want to skip). You can even create a unique call schedule for certain service providers to meet their preferences, while leaving the default call schedule in place for all other providers. So if Attorneys Smith and Jones only take appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays for example, their call schedule can be set for Mondays and Wednesdays, wheareas the calls for all other attorneys go out Monday – Friday.
Call staging is another feature that enables you to manage call scheduling. It is particularly useful when you need to control the timing and volume of call transfers to a receptionist that may naturally follow your outgoing calls. With call staging you can evenly spread out your call jobs over a number of hours. The staging can run for one day, or over multiple days.
