Support for PhoneTree Hardware

A comprehensive library of support articles is available through our online knowledge base. For simple support or download requests, such as Windows 10 drivers, the quickest solution is to use this knowledge base.

For more complicated issues, phone support is available Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm ET* at 800.555.0559 for clients with active Annual Service Agreements. Annual Service Agreements are part of all first-time hardware purchases and can be renewed annually for a small fee. If you need to renew your service agreement, contact us at 800.951.8733.

Support for PhoneTree Cloud Products

Support for HealthWave Connect and PhoneTree Online is accessed by first logging into your account, and then choosing the Support option.

For HealthWave Connect clients, phone support is also included at no additional charge. HealthWave Connect phone support is available Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm ET* at 800.555.0559.
