Full One-Year Warranty
PCS warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one full year from the original date of purchase. Any product found defective within the warranty period may be returned for repair or replacement.

Return and Upgrade Policy
If a product is to be sent to PCS as a return or to be upgraded, a "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) must first be issued. This number may be obtained by calling PCS and expressing your intent.

An RA# is only valid up to 30 days after it has been issued. If this period has expired before return there must be a new number issued before a return will be allowed. Any shipments returned without a RA# will be returned to the customer.
