 Past Due Account Recovery

[Male voice] "This is Dr. Jones's office calling you about an important matter regarding your last appointment. Please call our office manager during normal business hours: 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at 555-8888."

 Post-Consultation Care

[Female voice] "This is Dr. Johnson calling about Billy's latest appointment. As you know, we provided you with many instructions concerning his care regimen. Please feel free to call Nurse Betty at 555-1111 if you have any questions regarding his care regimen."

 Pre-Registration

[Male voice] "This is Dr. Thomas calling for Ben. We look forward to seeing you at 3 p.m. on the 23rd. For our new patients we offer you the chance to save time and avoid paperwork by pre-registering for your upcoming appointment. Please call our office at (222) 555-1111 during normal business hours to complete your paperwork by phone. Or, you may visit our website, www.docthomas.org, to download and fill out your paperwork online. Prior to calling or visiting the website, please have your insurance card and list of any prescriptions you take with you."
