Sample Messages

Featured here are a few messages that highlight PhoneTree's unique capabilities. With its advanced, yet simple-to-use features, PhoneTree empowers users to handle many types of special situations.

Play Message 1. Avoiding the "Kid Zone"
Kids learn to answer the phone at an early age, but taking messages is another matter altogether. PhoneTree can confirm delivery by having recipients press "9" to hear a message, something adults are much more likely to do than small children. This is an great way to make sure your call isn't lost in the "Kid Zone." For added security, you can assign an individual PIN code required to enables a message to play.

Play Message 2. For More Information, Press...
PhoneTree lets you do more than just broadcast messages. You can offer those being called specific information, such as directions or other common requests. You can even have people leave messages for your review later.

Play Messages 3. Messages for Answering Machines
Not only does PhoneTree distinguish between voices and answering machines, but it even lets you leave a different message for machines and people within a single call session. Compare messages 2 and 3 above to see the distinction.
