1. Detailed Call Job Reports


PhoneTree always provides a detailed report of every call job, showing you who was called, what time each call was made, and the status of each call — whether answered by a person, or an answering machine.

2. Multiple "PhoneTrees"


With the PhoneTree 2500 and up, you can set up multiple "PhoneTrees," for specific users who can then access their own calling lists, or for specific calling groups — for faster and more efficient operation.

3. Volunteer Management with "Count '9' replies"


PhoneTree's Volunteer Management feature allows you to have those being called press "9" to leave a reply to your call, and then stops after the desired number of respondents have been reached — perfect for giving everyone in the group a chance to take part in activities.
