PhoneTree Custom Translators

PhoneTree® software includes the ability to automate the calling list import process using Custom Translators. Custom Translators allow you to import data from other programs with a single mouse click. A Custom Translator adds menu item(s) to the PhoneTree Import menu.

Instructions:
1.	Download the appropriate Custom Translator file to your computer's PhoneTree software folder (choose from the below list)
2.	Once downloaded, double click the file to 'unzip' its contents onto your hard drive.
3.	Restart the PhoneTree software.
4.	The appropriate translator should appear under the Import menu item.

PCS can develop a custom translator for use with most popular database software programs. If you believe you have the need for a Custom Import Translator, please contact PhoneTree Customer Service at 800.555.0559, Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST, or online. PCS reserves the right to develop only those translators which benefit a significant number of PhoneTree users.
