The Tasks Desktop
The Tasks Desktop is where you can access any task that you have created. Tasks
are PhoneTree® macros that complete a series of commands automatically, for instance
you could open a file, print a report and resume calls, all in one step. Setting
up a task is an advanced function that you do from within your PhoneTree®. Click
here for more information on setting up a task. To begin processing of a task
that has been created, simply click on that task's icon on the Tasks Desktop.
