Choose days to call on by checking the box next to the appropriate day (Allow
calls on:).
Set a new call window by clicking on the Don't call before and the Don't
call after times to change them.
Check the box next to Allow different times for each day if desired, otherwise
leave it unchecked to have the same call window each day.
Unfinished calls will automatically resume at the next available date and
time and continue until the job is done unless you change this under the Call
job stops when: option.
Check the Delay start of call job until: if you want to configure PhoneTree® on one day, but have it start calling at a later time or on a later date.
Choose the Temporarily pause calls: option if you would like PhoneTree® not
to call during a certain time frame, such as during the dinner hours. When
you are happy with your changes click OK.
