Filter/Sort Menu
Choosing this option allows you to customize your View(s) in several different
ways. Click the Add button to create a new View. Give this new View a descriptive
name, then decide how you want to sort your List--under Check filter category(s)
choose either Call Status, Groups or Replies. In the ...then click criteria to
view column, choose all, some or none of the criteria listed. Next, choose the
order to sort the data with the drop-down menus in the Sort Order box. For instance,
to View only the numbers who were answered by answering machines, check Call Status
under Category, then select Ans by Machine under Criteria, then choose Call Status
in the first Sort Order drop-down menu and choose Name in the second Sort Order
drop-down menu (to alphabetize the sort results). Remember, when you use Filter/Sort
to change your View, the entries in the rest of the List are still there, they're
just not in the current View.

entries that have been removed from the calling list by clicking on the Appearance
tab:
