File import preferences lets you decide what to do when you import data.
You can choose to have the new file always 1) Overwrite existing file, 2)
Append (add) to the existing file, 3) create a New file with the new data,
or 4) Prompt user (that's you) each time to make one of the first three choices
(this is the default setting).
AutoReport preference: You must have this checked ON to use AutoReporting.
