Setup Auto Reports



To set up a new report, click the Add button, then click here for more details. For any reports you have already set up, they will show up on this box. You can see the details of each report in the Type, Format, Output, etc. columns--use the scroll bar to view more information if necessary. Click OK when finished. Anytime you want to run all your AutoReports at once, just click the Run Auto Reports Now icon on the Tools Desktop. Otherwise AutoReports are generated automatically during Daily Maintenance or during calling if Interrupt calling to immediately process AutoReports is checked on the Call Center tab in Configure Global Settings.
