PhoneTree® Client Full Install
  This is for Phonetree users who may have experienced installation-related problems with their Phonetree Client utility. This setup has been modified to correct these issues and should be used in place of the Phonetree Client setup found on your PhoneTree CD.
PhoneTree® 6.1.30 Patch
  This patch provides certain users with the necessary files in order to perform future upgrades and updates. Please do not apply this patch unless a customer support representative has recommended that you do so.
Patch tab4.exe for 35601 Message
  This patch fixes an error in version 6 that says “DoCallsLoad Error 35601.”

  This utility allows for easy message changes with PhoneTree® Pro.
•  ACS Custom Import Menu (8 k)
  This utility is a custom translator for Automated Church System usage.
Shelby Import Menu (8 k)
  This utility is a custom translator for Shelby Systems usage.
PhoneTree® Recording Utility (2.39 mb)
  A stand-alone program allowing you to record messages for use with your PhoneTree® USB without having the PhoneTree® software running. NOTE: Works with USB models only.
USB-Ready Utility (67.5 kb)
  This software program will help you determine if your computer is running the USB-compliant version of Windows® .

Who should NOT update?
· The Bulk Driver is intended to assure that the PhoneTree® unit gets its 'fair share' of the USB capacity from your computer. This improved driver does not guarantee that under all conditions a PhoneTree® unit always gets the attention it needs.
· Installing the update could cause occasional voice skips or mishandling of calls if you are using other high activity USB products (printer, scanner, modem, digital camera, etc.) while making phone calls.
· Non-USB PhoneTree® (PhoneTree® PLUS, PhoneTree® MVP ISA) users should not install this update, as the software does not apply to non-USB products.
· If you are not experiencing any calling problems, do not install this update.
   
Who SHOULD update?
· If you have experienced phone lines that stop working (message hangs or plays indefinitely)
· If a PhoneTree® unit disconnects before finishing messages (not due to detecting a hang up)
· If the file C:\Program Files\PhoneTreeMVPu\Logs\Activexerrors.log or ActivexerrorsDD.log (where DD=Day of the month) contains over 50 errors
· If you are experiencing one or more of the above problems and are using any USB PhoneTree® (2000, MVP, Pro or Lab)
   
How to install:
1. You must have successfully installed the PhoneTree® USB software from your CD.
2. DO NOT uninstall any PhoneTree®-related software.
3. Unplug the black POWER cable from your PhoneTree® USB unit (green LED goes out).
4. Download and run the .exe file.
5. Read the README file for last minute instructions.
6. Plug in the power to your PhoneTree® unit.
7. Connect your PhoneTree® unit to your PC's USB port (if not already connected).
8. After about 1 minute, Windows® will install the new bulk drivers.
