PhoneTree is a division of Personal Communication Systems, Inc., located at 2400 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Our mission is to maintain our market leadership position by providing affordable, technically advanced telephone messaging products that meet the unique communication needs of organizations and businesses nationwide. The key to our success is to continue to give our customers the highest level of customer support and satisfaction in the industry.

Founded in 1989, PhoneTree specializes in the development and manufacture of automated telecommunication tools for organizational use. PhoneTree designs, assembles and markets its own proprietary telecommunication hardware and software. PhoneTree products are marketed through a wide variety of distributor and dealer groups servicing various market segments, including many leading business, educational, religious and other software publishers. PhoneTree has marketed and continues to support several outgoing call systems under brand names which include: PhoneTree® Standard™, Plus™, MVP™, and 2000™. The current product line includes the PhoneTree® 2100™, 2500™, 2500SE™, 3500™, 3500SE™, PhoneTree® Patient Messaging™ and PhoneTree® Lab Results™.

The PhoneTree® telephone messaging system was developed after an emergency at our church made us aware that we needed a fast, easy way to stay in touch with all our members. The very first PhoneTree system filled this need by making the delivery of information by telephone as easy as pushing a button. Since then, PhoneTree has has established itself as the market leader in personal telephone messaging, making keeping in touch easier for tens of thousands of customers nationwide, from religious and civic organizations, to medical practices and hospitals.

Our goal from the start has been to provide and support innovative and easy-to-use products that address the communication and messaging needs of any group. In addition, over the years we've built strong, lasting partnerships with many leading software companies, assuring you that your new PhoneTree® system will integrate easily into your office.
