You get all the convenience and dependability of PhoneTree® VoiceWave™ Premium software, with the hardware flexibility to fit your existing IT configuration – customizable and expandable to your specific requirements.

Minimum requirements for the VoiceWave Rackmount System: 

  • 4 Gb RAM
  • 2 GHz Processor
  • Hard Drive Space 5Gb minimum
  • 1U space per rack, patch panel 2U
  • Windows® XP, Windows® Server 2003, Windows® Server 2008, Windows Vista® or Windows® 7
  • 32 or 64-Bit Pentium 4 PC or later
  • CD-ROM drive
  • 1 USB port (multiple ports or USB hub required for larger systems)
  • Analog port for each PhoneTree line
  • High-speed Internet access (for remote installation and connecting to PhoneTree's servers**) 

 

*A maximum of 24 lines per host controller card. If all of your USB ports are in use, you may need to purchase a true dual (or quad) host controller card to provide additional ports.
**VoiceWave uses secure 128-bit SSL encryption when sending and receiving data from our servers.
