Product Features

VoiceWave Plus is designed for organizations with more flexible voice messaging communication needs. This easy-to-use product is extremely cost effective and includes all the features of VoiceWave with the added ability to send emails or text messages with FreeText™ to all or a part of your contact list. The Touch-Tone Replies For Polling feature allows you to set different messages to be played when your recipients enter a touch-tone digit. This is useful for taking simple surveys or confirming an appointment or attendance to an upcoming event.

  • Leave messages in multiple languages
  • Initiate, access or monitor calls from any network computer

VoiceWave Plus Requirements

PhoneTree VoiceWave Plus works with your existing hardware and software. We are compatible with most data management systems, but can work with any program that can export a contact list in .csv format. The VoiceWave Plus system includes: PhoneTree hardware, software, headset microphone and all cables. The following requirements are for VoiceWave Plus systems containing up to 4 lines:

  • 1.8GHz Pentium 4 or better
  • Windows® XP, Windows® Server 2003, Windows® Server 2008 (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows Vista® (32-bit or 64-bit) or Windows® 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • 1GB of RAM (2GB for any 64-bit operating system)
  • 5GB of hard-disk space
  • CD-ROM Drive
  • 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor
  • USB port (1 port per PhoneTree unit)* 
  • Standard (analog) phone line for each PhoneTree line
  • High-speed Internet access (for any support/training needs)

*A maximum of 24 lines per host controller card. If all of your USB ports are in use, you may need to purchase a true dual (or quad) host controller card to provide additional ports.
