Easy Importing from Your Software
VoiceWave can import files in many common formats and includes translators to accommodate the not-so-common ones. If your data includes special information about your contacts, it can be imported into VoiceWave and incorporated into a personalized message.
Selectable Calling Times, Days and Dates
This option allows you to choose exactly when you want the job to begin and end, increasing the accuracy of connecting everyone on your call list. The call scheduling allows you to call now or pick a time and date in the future when you want your call job to begin.
Separate Answering Machine Messages
VoiceWave technology can detect the difference between a human voice and an answering machine. Create a separate (but related) message that can be delivered only when the call is picked up by an answering machine. This feature gives you the option to choose whether to leave a time sensitive messages on an answering machine.
Multiple Options for More Information
This option provides the people who desire specific information the ability to get it simply by following a prompt. This is great for providing directions, policy reminders, meeting agendas, etc. Don’t bog your message down with data that only part of your audience needs to hear.
Automate your Tasks and Reports
Automate many of the common VoiceWave operations, including the initiation of a call job, the importing of a contact file or the printing of a call result list. Set macros to trigger with the appearance of a file in a folder—or at a certain time of day. Set reports to run automatically too—and print or email them to one or more recipients as part of the macro. Never forget to save a report again—it’s all done for you.

This robust Call Wizard is designed to walk you through the advanced messaging options. The VoiceWave Call Wizard gives the confidence you need to truly make this a do-it-yourself process.
Duplicate Name and Number Screening
The VoiceWave software includes sophisticated duplication management to make sure your message gets delivered only once to each person.
Personalized Views
Sort or filter your contacts based on criteria you select and then start contacting them based on a saved view. This creates an easy and time-saving shortcut by allowing you to create sub lists from your master list.
Remote Operation with Voice Prompts
Use any touch-tone phone to access your VoiceWave and start a new contact job without having to be in the office. VoiceWave works with your busy on-the-move schedule to provide you with the ease of call job management from any location.
Night (After Hours) Messaging Mode
Based on the parameters you set in VoiceWave, choose to send a different message after hours. This is useful for when there will be no one to answer the phone after 5:30 PM.
Press Star (*) to Repeat Message
Hear your message again from the beginning by pressing the star (*) key. This enables your audience to repeat the whole message if necessary.
Volunteer Management
As part of your message you specify how many volunteers you need and recipients are prompted for a response. Once desired responses are reached, VoiceWave can either stop calling or continue with the message without the volunteer portion. This is a great time management tool for your staff.
Message Delivery Reliability Option
VoiceWave can play a brief message introduction, in which you ask the recipient to press 9 to hear the entire message. This bypasses very young children and allows the important part of the message to reach its intended party.
Unlimited List Capacity
Import, manage and deliver messages to groups of virtually any size with VoiceWave. This allows you to easily work with large volume groups.
Reporting
Reports are generated after each scheduled call job. Advanced report templates come installed and can be sorted by any criteria and printed, emailed or saved electronically. These reports allow you to see the results of how each call was handled.
Blocked Numbers
Keep a permanent database of people that do not wish to be contacted and the VoiceWave software will automatically integrate this information into each import. You don’t have to manually manage each individual contact list.
Advanced Dialing and Translation
Avoid misdialed numbers and long-distance fees--tell VoiceWave just once how to handle the area codes you’ll need to call, and your numbers will be dialed correctly every time.

Send individual emails to all or part of your contact list. Reach your contact with their preferred method of communication.
Touch-Tone Replies for Response
You can set up to four different prompts that allow patients to respond to a message using their touch-tone. This provides an opportunity for patients to immediately reply; increasing your office efficiency.
Multi-Lingual Messaging
Automatically delivers alternate messages in multiple languages for those who serve a diverse population.
Virtual Mailboxes

Custom Messaging
Use VoiceWave to create custom messages that include individualized information for each recipient. Each variable field ties to a piece of information that is imported along with the name and phone number of each individual in your file. Record each message component in your own voice for a smooth flow.
Alternate Phone Numbers
Tell VoiceWave what to do if nobody picks up at the first (main) phone number. Powerful options for up to three alternate phone numbers help you ensure that your message gets through.
Spoken Date and Time
Date and time components recorded by human voices or using Text To Speech (of both genders) provide smooth, natural-sounding customized messages.
Text-to-Speech
Realistic NASA approved text-to-speech technology is available for your messages, and is perfect when you want to include information in your messages that can’t be recorded individually such as the contact’s first name, date and time.
