HealthWave Rackmount Requirements
The HealthWave rackmount system includes: PhoneTree rackmount hardware, HealthWave software, headset microphone and all cables.
Minimum requirements for the HealthWave Rackmount System:
- 4 Gb RAM
- 2 GHz Processor
- Hard Drive Space 5Gb minimum
- 1U space per rack, patch panel 2U
- Windows® XP, Windows® Server 2003, Windows® Server 2008, Windows Vista® or Windows® 7
- 32 or 64-Bit Pentium 4 PC or later
- CD-ROM drive
- 1 USB port (multiple ports or USB hub required for larger systems)
- Analog port for each PhoneTree line
- High-speed Internet access (for remote installation and connecting to PhoneTree's servers**)
*A maximum of 24 lines per host controller card. If all of your USB ports are in use, you may need to purchase a true dual (or quad) host controller card to provide additional ports.
