HealthWave Desktop Requirements:
The HealthWave Desktop system includes: PhoneTree hardware, HealthWave software, headset microphone and all cables. The following requirements are for HealthWave Desktop systems containing up to 4 lines.

  • 1.8GHz Pentium 4 or better
  • Windows® XP, Windows® Server 2003, Windows® Server 2008 (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows Vista® (32-bit or 64-bit) or Windows® 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • 1GB of RAM (2GB for any 64-bit operating system)
  • 5GB of hard-disk space
  • CD-ROM Drive
  • 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor
  • USB port (1 port per PhoneTree unit)* 
  • Standard (analog) phone line for each PhoneTree line
  • High-speed Internet access (for any support/training needs)

Please Note: The intended Windows® operating system user must be a part of the Local Administrator Group while installing and operating the HealthWave system. HealthWave is designed to allow operation in the background; however, we cannot guarantee compatibility or problem-free operation with other programs. 

*A maximum of 24 lines per host controller card. If all of your USB ports are in use, you may need to purchase a true dual (or quad) host controller card to provide additional ports.
**HealthWave uses secure 128-bit SSL encryption when sending and receiving data from our servers.
