HealthWave Hosted Requirements

The HealthWave Hosted system includes: HealthWave software and headset microphone.

  • 1.8GHz Pentium 4 or better
  • Windows® XP, Windows® Server 2003, Windows® Server 2008 (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows Vista® (32-bit or 64-bit) or Windows® 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • 1GB of RAM (2GB for any 64-bit operating system)
  • 5GB of hard-disk space
  • CD-ROM Drive
  • 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor
  • Sound Card 
  • High-speed Internet access (for remote installation and connecting to PhoneTree's servers*)

Please Note: The intended Windows® operating system user must be a part of the Local Administrator Group while installing and operating the HealthWave system. HealthWave is designed to allow operation in the background; however, we cannot guarantee compatibility or problem-free operation with other programs. 

*HealthWave uses secure 128-bit SSL encryption when sending and receiving data from our servers.
