President and CEO - A.J. DiBianca
A.J. earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree and a Master of Engineering degree in Robotics and Acoustics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to founding Personal Communication Systems, A.J. led development teams at Xerox® and DuPont-Xerox Imaging (DXI). He has designed and patented numerous innovations.
Chief Financial and Operating Officer- Barry T. Leonard
Barry has over 14 years of financial and operational management experience. He holds a BSBA in Accounting from Boston University and an MBA from Wake Forest University Babcock Graduate School of Management. Barry is a Certified Public Accountant.
Accounting Manager - Kendra Sturdivant
Kendra has over 13 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining PhoneTree, Kendra held management and senior level positions at Intelligent Technologies and Market America. She received a BA from John Wesley College and has more than 20 hours in post graduate education.
Applications Development Manager - Mark Vetrano
Mark has worked in software development since 1987. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Le Moyne College and expanded his non-technical knowledge with a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies degree from Wake Forest University in 2012.
Development Project Manager - David Wheeler
David graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a BS in Computer Science. While working as a Software Engineer at G.E., he produced software that automated tests for the nuclear industry. While at PhoneTree, David has contributed to the successful launches of PhoneTree MD, PhoneTree Patient Messaging, HealthWave and the Aztek Calling Engine.
Director of Sales & Business Development - Lou Burke
Lou has over 20 years of sales and management experience in the Healthcare industry. He earned his BA in Communications and Public Relations at the University of Iowa, and served as a chemical officer in the United States Army.
Human Resources Manager - Jacquelyn Clark Johnson
Jacquelyn has over 20 years of Human Resources, Training and Operational Management experience. She received her BA in Accounting from Bennett College for Women and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources (Business and Industry) from North Carolina A&T State University. Jacquelyn is a certified Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management.
Information Technology Manager - Andrew Hairston
Andrew is a technology expert with over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Management. He holds the following certifications; as MCSE, MCSE: Security, MCSA, MCSA: Security, Citrix Certified Administrator III, Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator III, C|EH, CISSP Trained, ITIL Trained.
Marketing Manager - Elaine Wright
Elaine has 28 years of direct marketing experience in consumer and business-to-business markets. Her background includes on-line, direct mail, newspaper, magazine, newsstand, and retail marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration-Marketing.
Product Support Manager - Andy Lennon
Andy has held management roles in a variety of companies during his technical and customer support career. As Product Support Manager, Andy focuses on enhancing his department’s efficiency and productivity while continuing to improve what we deliver.
Sales and Business Development Manager - Cassie Butler
Cassie has over 23 years of sales and marketing experience with a focus on New Business Development. She earned her BS in Business Administration at California State University of Fullerton and has worked in the Healthcare industry for over a decade.
